Order Enquiries

Items are sold in packs and can not be mixed. If you would like:
Solo Cups - are sold in packs of 25
Champagne Flutes - are sold in packs of 5.

'Fraid not. If you'd like to buy new items, you'll need to place a new order.

First things first, please check your Junk folder as it might be waiting for you
there.

You should have received a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order. Still haven’t had an email confirmation and not sure if your order has gone through. Please email Support@persyparty.com.  

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at Support@persyparty.com and let us know what is wrong with your order and provide pictures for any item that has arrived damaged.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been placed successfully we aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days (not including weekends or any UK public bank holidays). Personalised items have a 1-3 working days turn around. 

All orders are shipped Via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked service
(tracking number will be available on dispatch email) with a turnaround of 2-3working days. If you will need your order sooner we highly recommend that you upgrade and select one of our
expedited shipping options.

In the instance that you accidentally provide the wrong shipping address. Please email Support@persyparty.com with your name, order number and
the correct shipping address. Please note that change of address can only be processed before dispatch.

Whilst the name states expressing shipping please note this does not include the
dispatch turnaround times. This means if you place an order and pay for express shipping your order will be processed and dispatched as normal but would be posted out Royal Mail Tracked
24 class service with a turnaround of 24 hour (next working day) (tracking number will be available on dispatch email).

We ship across mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands. Unfortunately, we
don’t currently deliver abroad.

Non-Personalised Items:

For next day delivery on non-personalised items we aim to ship within 12 hours (next working day). So, if you order by 9pm it will be shipped the via Royal Mail
Special Delivery by 1pm (tracking number will be available on dispatch email).

Personalised Items:

For next day delivery on personalised items we aim to process and ship within 1-2
working days. The order will then be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (tracking number will be available on dispatch email).

We offer a collection service from North London. Exact location will be provided with confirmation email. For reference collections is 3mins walk from Haggerston Overground Station. Please ensure correct contact details are provided.

When placing an order select the local collection option. In the notes to buyer box please provide information on when you plan on collecting. You will receive a
confirmation of order email with details of collection and address. You will then be contacted to confirm collection time.

Collection is available between Monday – Friday, 9am & 7pm. Weekend collections are subject to availability. We will try our best to accommodate weekend
collections times but please note this can not always be guaranteed. If in doubt or have any question please feel free to drop us an email.

Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk, mailroom, neighbour or Safe Place if you have one set up with Royal Mail.

Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 7 business days to account for this. Thanks for your patience!
